Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and the individual aimed to address a wide variety of concerns. Such concerns could include coping with significant life challenges, trauma, addictions, anxiety, or to achieve personal growth and clarity. Many individuals find pleasure in the therapeutic process of becoming self-aware about their presenting concerns and behaviors. In such cases, an individual may decide to continue with ongoing therapy as a means to enhance feelings of positive self-regard, peace, and balance towards a better quality of life.
